Guickly Guidelines
The AI measurement layer for enterprises.
Introduction
Guickly shows enterprises where AI spend goes, who uses it and what it delivers. Every tool, every agent, every user and every dollar sits in one view for the CXOs who answer for it.
Teal 700 and Moss 200 carry the identity, Black 900 grounds it. A striped hexagon forms the G, and the same diagonal linework runs across covers and stationery. Kode Mono adds a technical layer, used sparingly.
Messaging
Click to copyHeadlines run in Title Case and split into short sentences. In two-part lines the second part takes Moss 200 on dark surfaces and Teal on light ones. No exclamation marks.
Logotype construction
Clearspace x equals 0.47 of the lockup height, roughly half. Keep it free on all four sides so nothing touches the stripes or the wordmark.
Logotype scale
The striped mark and the GUICKLY wordmark always scale together. Sizes refer to lockup height.
Color versions
Four approved pairings: Black 900 on White and on Moss 200, White on Teal 700 and on Black 900. The product app sets the logo in Moss 400.
Core palette
Teal 700 is the primary color, Moss 200 the secondary and Black 900 the base. Together they read as intelligence, clarity and assurance.
Shades
Click to copyProduct UI
The dashboard ships in dark and light. A 240px sidebar and a 50px top bar frame the content area. Cards carry a 0.8px border with a 3.6px outer radius, and green marks positive values.
Status
Status always pairs color with a value or a label. Red is reserved for negative deltas and overspend, amber for seats that need review.
Data visualization
Series orderTool series follow this order in spend charts, each with a dark theme counterpart. Spend treemaps use Moss 800 for fixed and Amber for variable cost. Heatmaps step through the Moss ramp.
Color proportions
Teal leads, Moss lifts and Black grounds the system.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 · normal textBlack 900 and Teal 700 read well on White and Moss 200. Moss 200 on White and Teal 700 on Black 900 fail, so keep those pairs for surfaces and decoration, never for text.

Icons
Click to copyPixel icons built from square blocks in Teal 600. Solid steps, no curves and no strokes, matching the hard edges of the striped mark.
Illustrations
Faceted green objects on a pale grid. Each one is annotated with Kode Mono callouts on thin leader lines, naming the problem it pictures: the iceberg of unseen AI, stacked layers of spend, missing puzzle pieces, the radar of shadow AI.
Product interface
Every page opens on a question: what AI tools are running, who is using what, what it costs. KPI tiles sit under the question, detail follows in cards, heatmaps, treemaps and flow charts.
Onboarding
Setup runs in four steps: map the company, turn it on, add sources, hand over. The sign-in panel pairs the moss grid with one line: You set it up once, so nobody has to ask you again.
Social covers
Every cover runs on Teal 950 with a moss glow and the AI providers Guickly measures as icons. AI Measurement Layer stays in white, for Enterprises takes Moss 200.
Website
Each page opens on a Title Case headline, a short paragraph and a call to book a demo or a discovery call. The product screen sits below on a moss gradient, over a pale grid that runs the length of the page.
Compositions
Muted green and grey settings, one object per frame. Print carries the striped mark and the diagonal linework, with lines set in Kode Mono capitals.
